As an Administrator, you can send messages to some or all speakers of the event.
1. From the desired event, go to Speakers
2. Select from the list, the speakers that apply or all by checking the box next to Speaker
3. Once the speakers have been selected, the Bulk Action button will be enabled. Click Bulk Action and select Send Custom Message.
4. Write the message, and when ready click Send
5. You will receive the following confirmation
