1. From the desired event select Program Chair Home from the left pane
2. Select the desired session then select VIEW
3. On the left you will be provided with a list of previously assigned speaker(s) to view
4. Select the Manage Session button
5. Select the Speakers tab
6. Select the check box to the left of the individual(s) you wish to email
7. Select the Send Email button
8. Type in the Subject line and Body when ready select the SEND button
