This option will allow you to add another form within this field, where the submitter will be required to enter an email address of a recipient for the system to send a message with instructions to fill in the form.
Common usage of this form is for reference requests. It is not required for the recipient to be logged in to fill out the form and respond.
From the "Template overview" > click "Create form" or "Edit form" > click "Add Field" > Additional Form.
Click “Create Form” and from the pop-up window, you can start creating the additional form. Note, that all the same functions are available as in the primary form.
Once saved, you can create the email template for the recipient and add additional instructions for the submitter.
You can continue completing the primary form and Save changes at the bottom of the page.
From the recipient side, the user will be able to fill in the form with the standard from view:
